Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments, organizing introductions & trainings, maintaining records and information, giving first line support and handling payroll administration. The HR Officer will report to the HR Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by supervising the roll-out of the onboarding process;
- Helps to roll-out the HR strategy;
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records;
- Contact for employees and managers regarding payroll related questions, absences, social law, etc.; Holds end responsibility for payroll and manages monthly salary payments to our employees in cooperation with SD Worx & Protime;
- End responsibility for benefits by managing group insurance, hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, fleet, allowances, …;
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and data-change records;
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential;
- Implements and holds end responsibility for the Time Registration Tool (Protime);
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards;
- Supports proper exit;
- Ensures social law compliance by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications;
